What You Will Do -
Chairside and Clinical Support
- Prepare and turn over operatories for all procedures
- Take x-rays, photos, and scans using our digital systems
- Assist the doctor chairside across all procedure types
- Maintain sterile, organized, fully stocked rooms
- Follow OSHA and infection control protocols consistently
Patient Experience
- Guide patients through their visit from check-in imaging to doctor handoff
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their appointment
- Identify urgency and support same-day treatment opportunities
Treatment Flow and Documentation
- Assist with charting and treatment note preparation
- Understand how treatment is phased, sequenced, and scheduled
- Support smooth handoffs between clinical and front office teams
Operational Support
- Help manage supplies, equipment care, and lab case tracking
- Be a team player who fills in gaps and keeps the day running smoothly
What You Will Work With

- Intraoral imaging and full-mouth photography
- CBCT and digital scanning
- Pearl AI
- Our practice management and charting systems
- Infection control and operatory protocols built around efficiency and consistency
